With 19 years spanning AI/ML, e-commerce, hospitality tech, and enterprise platforms, I bring rare breadth to technically complex, organizationally messy programs.

At Amazon AGI, I work at the intersection of LLMs and real users — making sure Alexa's personalization layer learns, adapts, and holds up under scale. Before that, I helped define what "good" looks like for an AI shopping assistant's economics at Rufus.

I'm at my best when the problem is ambiguous, the stakeholders are many, and the engineering challenge is hard. That's where program management becomes strategy.
